Mizan literally means a device used for weighing something, weighing device, scale. In Islamic terms, it is a spiritual scale which will be used to weigh one’s good deeds and sins in the Hereafter.

None will enter heaven without Allah's mercy because no one deserves Jannah even the pious people. No good deed can ever repay Allah for his blessings he gave us while we are alive in this world. Even your smallest cells are a blessing but many are arrogant and think they have no blessings in their lives.

Narrated Abu Hurairah:
"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'Ar-Rahman's Hand is full, He spends without any decrease, night and day.' He said: 'Do you not see how much He has spent since He created the heavens and the earth, yet it has not decreased what is in His Hand, and His Throne is over the water, and in His Other Hand is the Mizan (Scale) which He raises and lowers.'"

may the Lord of the heavens and earth, the Most Merciful, the Most Loving ar-Rahman, ar-Raheem, al-Wadood forgive us our past, present and future sins, the sins which we did intentionally and which we did unintentionally, the sins which we did in the dark and those which we did in the light, the sins which we did in private and those which we did in public.
May the most Forgiving One al-Ghaffar, al-Ghafur forgive all those sins and at-Tawwabur Raheem accept our repentance. And may Allah azza wa jal admit all of us and our families into His jannah without reckoning, without asking any questions about our shameful misdeeds, with the companionship of Rasoolullah(peace and blessings be upon him, his entire household and his beloved companions).
