gcash jr. is even worse kahit may update pa kung useless lang din ang student ID. I've been trying MANY TIMES to be verified using student ID. I filled all my information correctly and NAG ERROR siya. gosh

Hello, nag try ako mag verified using student Id and tapos ko na 1st step, pero di ko tinapos kasi soon after some month i got my driver's license. Now di ko alam paano ako makapag verified using my driver's license. Kasi na stuck ako sa atep 2 ng verification with student Id. Need help.

after latest update, gcash does not proceed after OTP even all app permission allowed

Grabe sabi naman 7 days lang bago ma fully verified gcash account ko pero ngayon 2 weeks na hindi pa rin verified, paki ayos naman po sana kasi need for savings.

The parents on my birth certificate had died now im left with my guardians, is that okay? They dont have Gcash they use Cards and im the only one using a gcash acc

It says that my birth certificate needs to have a stamp but it doesn't have a stamp, what should I do about it? It's almost 2 weeks since and customer service isn't much of a help
