So, clearly, this is wireless to the board. Right? Otherwise, what is the audio source being monitored with the in-ears?

Is there a battery indicator light, showing 100%, 75%, 50%, ect.?
Maybe a red light that comes on, when your batteries are about to run out?
How do I use the 'Stereo' function, with a single xlr or 1/4" input?
Are the batteries being used, when there are no 'In-ear buds' connected?
If the volume knob is not turned off, are the batteries being used?
Why are these questions NOT mentioned/answered in the manual or this video?
