Their Story:

Folios was founded in 2016 when Chris Lotito began utilizing his culinary experience as a third-generation Italian Cheese Maker to create fun & innovative ways to enjoy his favorite food: cheese. This culinary journey was sparked when a customer asked him if he could figure out how to ship Parmesan crisps to minimize the breaking and crumbling of the product. Because packing and shipping an item so delicate without breaking seemed to be challenging, Chris wanted to find a solution and his experiments led to the invention of Folios Cheese Wraps. Folios are a recipe-ready cheese wrap that can be eaten straight out of the package or easily cooked and molded into cheese bowls, taco shells, chips, crisps, wraps, and other high-carb alternatives.
