Ping Pong Ball Drop - Non-Constant Acceleraton

Not everything falls with constant acceleration. Ping pong balls are so light that drag matters. Here's an experiment showing they don't experience constant acceleration.

After your presentation I have thought to apply the Newton equation:

for determine the coefficient Cd:
m=2.7 g
diameter ball = 40 mm
density = 1.225 kg/m^3
a(t) =-4.68*t+9.64 (your calculation)
v(t)=-2.34*t^2+9.64*t+0.64 (your calculation)
Cd had to come constant instead it vary with the time for example
Cd(t=0.1)=0.88
Cd(t=0.3)=0.50
Cd(t=0.6)=0.33
An observation to think about.

Buc-ees! A brisket sandwich drop would probably be unfeasibly messy ...
