I had this done yesterday. It is NOT painless, and there IS downtime. I'm retired, so I don't have to go out. Plan on several days off with these procedures.

I did both in one day and it’s worth it 2 days red a lil swelling 2 days minimal peeling and done!!! My skin is flawless !! I had done both lasers before but separately and I loved it but together cuts down my done time. Worth it I promise twice a year works for me

Just had this done! First morning after and I feel sunburned, eyes are a bit swollen. Don't believe ads that say this is painless. I would compare to getting a tattoo, only it goes more quickly. My skincare person was upfront with me about the procedure. We used lidocaine and nitrous oxide. I would not recommend doing this without numbing.
