5 minutes of dry practice BEFORE you begin live training is critical to establish fundamentals. 5 dry then 1 live. look at the results.

Dry practice has shown great results for me, and has helped my wallet not suffer so much from ammo costs.
I suggest everyone train as much as possible, both live and dry, and take a class from someone good!!!

I recognize those from CSAT. I was shocked with how well I shot after a few rounds of 5 dry 1 live. There is so much to be said for dry fire practice. You really almost don't need live fire practice if your fundamentals are sound. Almost.
