Also look at the Cooldowns in Normal vs Bugged comparison.
When the bug happens you get your cooldowns so much faster, you can just instantly flash or hop away.
Camille would have likely chained her CC on Gnar if it wasn't for this bug happening - and that would seal the deal.
But yeah didn't happen... Cheers guys!

Just add the text, "doesn't work near walls or when camille ulted" and the bug is now intended.

This tells me that the outer part of Galio’s ult doesn’t actually knock up but it knocks back, the distance of the knock back is so small that it looks like a knock up

This bug was also in Worlds 2020 TSM vs FNC Game 2 (20:41). It still has not gotten fixed i guess.

It is just, that it calculated where you're supposed to land after the knockup (after the knockup, it lands you away from the center of galio's ult) and if you are unable to land there (wall, or camile's ult restraint) it just doesn't knock you up. That's what it seems like. Should be pretty fixable, there's plenty of knock-up & knock-back abilities that work just fine, like lee R (it actually knock you up, can be verrified by yasuo who can ult the target after the kick)

0:31 If you look closely you can still see Gnar knocked up (in Chinese "击飞") for a brief 0.1 second. Yes stand close to a wall or "wall" as Galio ults would be a great idea.

So, Galio ult knock backs/ups everyone in the radius, but if you're against a wall, the knockback part is cancelled which then spaghetti codes away the knockup. But because there's a "end destination" set within the knockback, this spaghetti codes into cancelling out Camille ult because the target is now "outside" the ult (even though they actually aren't) which just spaghetti codes into the ult not happening anymore. Two spaghetti code interactions in once. Nice! in pro play too!

for who didnt understand the bug:
galio's R bug if you are close to any wall, so when camille uses her R, she creates some walls and then when gnar is close to it the galio ult doesnt knockback him

I feel like its because of how Galio's knockup works, it knocks everyone on the outer circle outwards, and since Camille's ult prohibits leaving the hexagon, the game doesn't register the knock up, or registers it, but instantly ends it, so he can freely spam flash.
