Same laptop broasus vivobook pro 14 oled ryzen 7 the problem is when shutting down or on and putting to sleep the screen top white lines are coming in blackscreen for 5 seconds. Is it screen flickering or hardware or software issue please help warranty is over 1 year 1 month please help.
