FS Nose Press - Snowboard Jibbing Tutorial

You can get a feel for the nose press stance even while standing flat. Enter with a Nollie and immediately dig in your front foot, find your balance. The first obstacle you should try out the Nose Press on is a box. Next step is moving on to the rail. Ride up to the rail with your knees bent and slight pressure being put on the front edge. Once on the kicker do a classic Ollie and shift your weight onto your front foot. The main difficulty here is pressing the Nose Press all the way to the end of the rail but don't overdo it and throw your body too far forward as this can lead to a fall. When exiting bring your weight over both legs and ride off.
