Looking to test your change-of-direction skills on the football field? Use these Pro Tips to enhance your speed and agility with the 5-10-5 Shuttle Run. This drill is commonly used in offseason training as well as scouting combines.

The drill starts with you in a three-point stance. On the command, you’ll run five yards to your right. You’ll then plant and run 10 yards to the left. You’ll finish by running five yards to the right.
