Peach Cobbler French Toast

3 eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbs cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
Pinch of allspice
3 tsp maple syrup or sugar
Challah bread or bread of choice
Butter

Peach cobbler:
Can of peaches (no sugar added)
1 tsp butter
3 tsp white sugar
3 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Pinch of allspice
1 tsp vanilla extract
Cornstarch slurry

Topping ideas (optional):
Powdered sugar
Caramel drizzle
Whipped cream
Vanilla ice cream
Pecans

💓To make peach cobbler melt butter in a pan. Add peaches & the rest of ingredients. Once it starts to simmer, reduce the heat & add cornstarch slurry to thicken syrup. Remove from heat & set aside to cool while making French toast.
💓In a bowl mix eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, maple syrup or sugar. Slice bread into 1 inch pieces.
💓Melt butter in a pan. Dip bread into wet mixture & pan fry until golden brown. Plate your French toast topped with peach cobbler & any additional toppings & enjoy!
