I had a roommate that used to snore like crazy...they helped tremendously, the strips pulled his nostrils open so he could breathe much easier

It is also put on slightly higher than it's meant to be. It's not meant to be on the bridge, so it's not going to be effective anyway.

Use SLEEPKEEP nasal strips and mouth tape! Really works like a charm 🙌🏼

its his jaw that drops at night it would help with cpap or a neck pillow to keep is draw from dropping back as he lays on his back or he could try to tape his mouth shut along with the breath right strip.

I have sleep apnea and I can tell you right now he's on his back which is a No-No his head is tilted Forward and his jaw is open causing his tongue to block his airway

Hes clearly breathing through his mouth here, with the tongue in forward position. Strip will do nothing here. He needs to be wearing those strips as much as possible before going to bed and improve oral posture to stop snoring. Moving your tongue to the back and top of your mouth opens up the throat and he will breath clearly.

we were at my Dads Cousins beachhouse...and all morning we heard my Uncle SAWING ABSOLUTE WOOD upstairs....and the wife that didnt really know our side of the family that well came up to the breakfast table and was like "Dammit!!, What do i pay the housekeeper for if they wouldnt tell me that our A/C unit was broke and making that awful noise!!"
and we just all looked at eachother and busted laughing as she said What??!

she absolutely couldnt believe that sound was caused by an actual human 😂😂

Here’s how to fix this, don’t sleep on your back

What Mr sina FORGOT to tell everyone is that Snoring is typically most frequent and loudest when sleeping on the back as gravity's effect on the throat narrows the airway. NOT A PROFESSIONAL AT ALL anyone and everyone will do anything to look as though they know what they’re saying now a days. Folks do your own research and don’t listen to just any clown in the pool of mis and lack of information….. good luck

He needs to drink water. His nose and throat is to dry. Then it will help his snorning a little.

I wouldn’t be able to deal with that. I’d kick him and roll over. My son’s mom snores like that. And I can’t do it

She also from what I have learned, put it too high on the nose....

This is awful.
My dam husband snores worse than that. I had a cat that used to climb on my husbands chest and, want to do chest compressions on him.
Snoring is rude to those around you. Not safe either.
