Thanks for the video. I have sensitive skin that is prone to the odd spot. Ive been reading a lot about almond oil and this cleaner seems like a good way to ease into using almond oil. I splash warm water on my face, then lightly massage 9-5 into my skin and then wipe away with a cotton pad. I follow up with tea tree toner and vanishing cream. From reading the comments, I appear to be using 9-5 cleaner in a correct fashion. Does this method sound okay? My skin is feeling very soft and tone appears to be evening out! :)

Hi Lush! The 9-5 works great for my skin, but it leaves a slighy residue/film on my face. Is this because it's a lotion cleanser or am I supposed to be removing it more thoroughly? Not sure if it's just because it's moisturizing

I normally remove my makeup with almond oil and then cleanse; with 9 to 5 containing almond oil will it still be necessary to remove my makeup beforehand or shall I continue to remove it with almond oil and then use 9 to 5? Also, can I use a face wash after I cleanse, and if so, do you have any recommendations? Thank you :)

I use this after I wash my face with ocean salt, I have really oily skin and find this moisturising without it making my skin oily 😊
