Double Stops Made Easy

Here's an easy way to learn how to play double stops on the violin.

Start with a string crossing pattern between the D string and the A string.

Feel how the angle of the bow shifts.

Enjoy this motion!

Then as you bow on the D string, slowly angle it until you also hit the A string.

Your first goal is to get a good tone.

Then go for a balanced sound.

If you struggle with the sound, then just return to the string crossing pattern

Can I learn violín when don't know the notes? I meant you may know where is a note in it but if you hear a sound don't know what that note is.
