What is a Report?
A report is a clear and concise document which is written for a particular purpose and audience.
The report may be written for a school magazine or journals or newspaper.
There are some important points to remember while writting any report
1.It must be written in Past Tense.
2.We don't use the first person in writting letter i.e,. I, me, You are avoided.
We try to use the third person.
3.We use Indirect speech while writting any report and
4.We use passive voice while writting any report.
