1940 Presidential Election: What if FDR doesn't run

FDR's decision to run in 1940 Always frustrated me.

I'm doing this scenario for my History project.

But, to be honest, I don't think Truman would be the nominee. He might go for it, but there's like two people on the Democrat side that would get it:

Nance Garner (would win because of FDR legacy)
Charles Lindbergh (nail biter election)
