Busy Life & Making Wellness a Priority

If you are waiting to not be busy, for life to calm down, for the perfect time, you might be waiting for a long time - because life is always life-ing!

I would challenge you and say that when we are busy is a great time to start your health journey, for a few reasons:

1. When we are busy is always the time we put ourselves in the back burner. We take take of everyone’s needs before ours and then we crash.

2. When we are busy and learn how to make ourselves a priority as well, it’s the most realistic journey EVER. You will be more able to remain consistent, or to meet your needs in different a different way when you learn how to do it while you are busy.

3. You will be challenged to be creative and pivot quickly as you are living in the reality of life, not this isolated challenge of period of this. This will help build your confidence and consistency.

So I will challenge you, if your main reason for not starting on your health & wellness journey is because you are busy…there must be a deeper reason why…what are you afraid of? That’s the real question 🫶🏽
