Ruchir Sharma spoke about zombie companies or distressed companies rising. There are so many examples of distressed companies that turned profitable. Some of the US based companies - Apple, General Motors, Ally Financial, Marvel Entertainment, Six Flags, to name a few. Out of these 20%, how many he thinks would turn profitable?

I'm surprised that he got into economics when he was 17, which has made him one of the best economist in the world right now. He has stuck his neck out by saying that America's debt is a bane for its economy. Not a lot of economist tell that America's debt is a problem for the country.

I can recommend a movie to Ruchir, it is called "Malegoam Ka Superman". It is quirky, funny, and enormously optimistic

These are the people who think and do some thing of those 67 crore lower and middle class people because when these classes think about money they have so much pain of not fulfilling there desires and repent always when they get old. government is there but they have very huge responsibility so Ruchir sharma who i think who may give some ideas in india like American society not dying poor if they start from scratch. very tough challenge because indian population is huge. All his videos are very valuable.

Page Industries has given consistent returns of 20-25%(CAGR) to it shareholders. Even employees and workers are stakeholders in any company. Why don't they get their share in profits? Why does the government have to come up with welfare schemes?

Agree capitalism causes inequality. But welfare programs are not a solution. Corporates are not taxed enough. Corporates should be asked to pay their employees well. For example, Page Industries - Wages of a worker is 9000 a month for a 12 hour shift.
