❤️ About woom - - - - - - - - - - -
We love bikes. And we love making children and their parents happy. ""We want as many children as possible to love to ride their bike - that is our mission.”

Our bikes are child-friendly and superlight. 90% of our bike parts have been specially developed for children and produced exclusively for woom. This means that our bikes are meticulously designed to match the specific needs and anatomies of children. Our ongoing development work has enabled us to build bikes that are 40% lighter than conventional children's bikes. This makes woom bikes the lightest series-production children's bikes in the world!

When children feel comfortable on a bike, they enjoy riding more. The best proof? On a woom bike, children learn to ride up significantly faster than on other bikes. Being able to explore the world on their own is a blast for kids. With our bikes, we offer children a fun and safe riding experience thanks to excellent handling and an optimal ergonomic design. This means fun and adventure are guaranteed on every ride!

I ordered one for my daughter who became 2 last week. Hopefully it will arrive at the end of this month. The Woom looks amazing! For now she can practice her Banwood tricycle 😅

Do I suppose to pump up the tires before the first use? It also seems that my woom case without valve caps, is it correct?

Thanks for the great video!

I have 2 concerns that I though might warrant consideration:

1) My Woom 1 did not include any sort of enclosed printed instructions. I could figure out most of the assembly process by myself, but having the torques printed out somewhere would have been nice (and I still could not figure out the purpose of the included wrench)

2) The included 4 mm hex key was apparently soft enough that it got rounded off when I tried to tighten the stem to the steerer tube; at this point the stem-steerer connection was clearly not secure, as I could twist the handlebars while keeping the front wheel stationary. Switching to a hex key set bought from a hardware store fixed the issue, and thankfully the bolt head was not damaged (at least not too much). From consumer protection point of view this seems a bit quetionable...
