Missed/Ignored a few things like it being noted by Wintergreen that Deathstroke admires Batman too much to kill him, and Deathstroke noting that he is stronger and faster than Batman after Batman fell for Deathstroke's decoy. Not to mention Robin joining Deathstroke temporarily.

Overall, this whole story involves Deathstroke not wanting to fight or even trying to beat Batman, yet still casually making Batman broke, casually sneaking up on him in his own home, having him dead to rights, and blatantly outsmarting him, more than once, while Batman keeps instigating everything. Batman even needed Gauntlets presumably designed to fight Superman in order to match a holding back Deathstroke.

Anyone who thinks Batman would stand a reasonable chance one on one, is in denial. Deathstroke is like Batman but also Superhuman in virtually everyway and has looser morals on top of that. It's like thinking a wooden sword wins against a tempered steel sword.

This story was really lacking and here's why. Batman would never in a million years even take this into consideration considering that he knows anything and everything about what happened between him and talia al ghoul, this seems like a cheap plot device to try to make batman v deathstroke again. Two, why deathstroke? He has no affiliation with the league of assassins or talia al ghoul (unlike what media says) and I'm pretty sure he never even met her? Seems like a pretty big retcon to make him know her now. 3rd and last thing, it seems rebirth stories overall have been lacking recently and I don't know why, but that's a discussion for another time.

If DeathStroke ever went and joined the good guys, he would be a beast and team him and Bruce up, crime would literally freeze or criminals would fear the night more than ever.

Overall, give both men a medal for being as real as it gets.

Story line was trash. Bruce did thorough DNA test when Damien first appeared. Does Bruce not trust his own information?

Why are people saying "Slade won" or "Batman won"? It's really obvious that their fight was a stale mate and many times before it has been shown and said Deathstroke a Bats are equals in terms of skills and honestly strength and speed (tbf I know batman is said to have "peak human strength" but come on its borderline superhuman at times) stop trying to say your favourite character won when neither won. Draw you guys.

Hearing Talia call Deathstroke "Man of Rage" just got me wondering, what if Slade Wilson became a Hulk? That would be epic! Going blow for blow with the big blue boyscout, tearing the Justice League apart. Quick, someone get another Amalgam Universe going (Also, bring back Dark Claw, because Logan Wayne is my favorite of the "Bats")
