I have done watercolor in the past and am new to oils.
You are the best instructor that I've come across.
Love your positive approach.

To answer one of your questions: I am not an oil painter. My parents were water color painters. One of my sisters is a water color painter. I am learning how to draw from YouTube tutorials. I watch you paint in oils because it gives me hope for humanity and that's the truth! And it does make me want to try oil painting. you have good energy and a good message so thank you!

You asked if there were any NON- oil painters who watch your videos. ME! I've never painted before, but I do charcoal portraits (see my channel for examples of my work). I love watching your painting videos because painting is very similar to my style of charcoal drawing. I love seeing how you begin your portraits, and how you make which teaches me how to improve even though I'm using charcoal and you're using paints. So thank you for all your instruction and helping a self taught guy like myself to learn more without attending art school! - Jeff

I love realistic paintings in all mediums.
Since Cobalt teal is so useful but expensive, is there a lower priced mix of colors one could do to match it?
