Just finished a 72 hour fast this Wednesday. The glow on my face and increase in energy levels are remarkable. I also feel calmer and peaceful.

Another excellent video. I like the pace at which you provide the information. You condense it without it feeling rushed. The graphics are good and accentuate the details you are making at that moment. It feels like a very streamlined way of taking in information. It's easy to stop and rewind if something is a little more complicated. You have a great style. I love it!

I combine 2 fasting techniques. I eat nothing from Sunday evening till Tuesday morning. Following this I'm on a significant calorific restriction (1200kcal/day) for the rest of the working week. My calorie intake goes up to approximately 1800-2000 over the weekend.

60 hour fasts twice a week gives me the opportunity to refeed on the weekend. Energy levels are through the roof as is my clarity of thought. Fasting has changed my relationship with food and fastracked weight loss.

I do a 18 hour fasting and only eat 2 meals a day and fast for the rest of the day until the next morning 🎉

I just completed a 72 hour fast last week. I’m finishing up a 48 hour fast today. Between keto, lifting and cardio, I’m down 43 lbs in the last 6 months.

Just did my 1st 72 hour fast. It was much easier than I would have thought. Having been doing intermittent fasting and carnivore probably helped.

I have been doing this fast every week for the entirety of 2024. Its not a miracle and its not always easy. The rest of the week is 2 meals per day. I never eat breakfast. My diet is Keto. My goal is stay as thin as possible and keep my blood sugar at healthy levels and blood pressure stabilized also. I take blood pressure meds plus metformin also.

36 hours fast is a sweet spot at least for me, I’ve tried up to 72 hours fast b4 but I’m consistently with 36 hrs fast every week…. You can literally feel and see the difference in your body and mind…I don’t get sick often like I was b4 and all of these allergies I’ve had ever since I can remember have become manageable some doesn’t show up anymore😁🙏🏻 even my allergies from certain foods are not as worst than b4. I like my body lean and strong and fasting helps me keep it that way.

Learned I need two new hips; had gained weight. I began rolling 36s....I break with a huge salad with pasture raised eggs and wild salmon...then back to 36. I feel so much better...3 months...25 pounds down.

I do a 48-60 hr water fast every week, typically Tues-Thurs or Friday. The other 5 days I eat around 1000 kCal below maintenance, as I continue to work out daily. Except on Sat or Sun, I might have a heavy carb day (ie, up to 500g, ) which includes decadent stuff like banana pancakes, cheesecake, etc etc. I do those cheat days 2-3x a month.

I usually lose 3-4 lbs after the water fast and gain half that back by the end of the eating days. I'm happy if I average 5 lbs weight loss per month. I am lifting heavy and gaining muscle, losing fat at a sustainable rate, I think. I have lost 50 lb in the last 10 months. I spent about 6-7 months on a persistent plateau, though. Doing the water fasts is the way I found to break through that plateau.

I’m on a 182 hour fast 134 hours in now super easy honestly this is my twice a year fast 7.5 days but I fast 36-48 hrs once a week!

People get "hangry" because their bodies are still addicted to carbs. You have to teach your body to use fat for energy by eating a lot of red meat and eggs. In about a month you will become fat adapted and will be able to fast for long periods of time with no issue.

I just did 109 hrs fasting. Only boiled water was taken. Great experience.
