The part where you said we don't need watches, that we're buying happiness was absolutely spot-on. Not many watch enthusiasts or companies enjoy shedding light on that fact. We like to justify our purchases as logical, when in fact it is the opposite. The fact that you were open about that, embrace it and use it to cater to your customers honestly just sold me on your entire business and your team. I can only dream of what it must be like to get that glass of champagne or a coffee from a Rolex/Omega/etc. AD after a purchase, so to go that extra mile of not wrapping packages in newspaper (lol) definitely earns bonus points from me. You can expect a watch purchase from me soon enough.

Received my first order from SW today ! I gotta say I was shocked ! The packaging was phenomenal !! It looked amazing and it really felt like a personalized experience .. I have yet to open the OceanX speed chrono (pink) cuz its a valentines gift for my fiancé but the experience I got just by receiving the item was incredible .. Shipping was lighting fast to Canada and communication with customer service quick & helpful... More dealers SHOULD do what you guys are doing ! I will recommend SW highly to everyone .. For anybody watching this video I can tell you, from my own experience, this company are the very best company I have ever bought a watch from. Without exception.
Customer service is excellent. My watches always arrive the next day (I'm in the UK), and are very well priced.
But it's more than that. SW clearly take the time to make sure you enjoy your purchase. After sales is fantastic. No query is left unheeded.
The only time I ever buy watches elsewhere is when they don't stock a brand I'm after. On that note...please try and get Steinhart watches (although if you do it may make my relationship suffer. Apparently I already have "too many watches").
Keep going and every success in the future.

Excellent video, you have to cut a niche in a competitive world and SW are the best, ordered far too many pieces !! Mark is a star!! Excellent content, should look into brands such as DWISS, SWC, Stratton, Vostok, Visitor & maybe Bulova. on 2nd thoughts dont as its bad enough already and on verge of divorce !!! ;-), all the best from the UK - Nick.
