FreeCAD: What is a Para Series? | Basics of Lattice 2 Workbench

preview_player
Показать описание
FreeCAD Lattice2 workbench has many features. The para series mutates object properties to create copies of the base object for each mutation you supply in either a list, spreadsheet or using the inbuilt generator. These mutations are grouped together in a compound. These Lattice2 videos help to cut through the complexity of the workbench with short videos explaining those features and the settings needed to get them up and running.

I was JUST searching for how to change parameters based on array index. I was thinking I'd need to script something instead. Thanks a ton.

Can this only be used in Part Workbench, or does it also work in Part design?
Trying to make a gauge for bolts in Y increments of 1 mm (2 - 10) and X increments 0.1 mm for each dia. as a quick reference for press fit/clearance for design, without having to draw and dimension each hole.

Is there a way to make FreeCAD run in multicore instead of a single core in Windows?
