They keep a record of everytime they talk to you even if you're not breaking any laws. I live in my car and I've been questioned dozens of times while I've just been sitting in my car minding my own business. They generally just run my ID and then leave me alone, but I have had a couple of officers complain about how long my list is.

if ur a CDL holder warning is worse and can cost ur job ask for ticket warnings can't be disputed ur automatically guilty

They keep it on file... so basically they can know if you were pulled over.
