The design is sleek, but that lack of tactile feedback on the function keys and the fake escape key are major dealbreakers for productivity. Hopefully, Dell listens to feedback and addresses these issues in the next iteration.

the function keys not being tactile like normal keys is a big turn off. even apple reverted this change in their macbooks years ago, but i'd say apple at least did it better with their touchbar. either way, i'm not a fan of them keeping this and not changing it this year.
