As an Italian lady, i can tell you that Gino is correct, however, Philip took it the wrong way! Gino was saying how it is in Italy, he was not implying that Philip has to change his culinary habits! Also, Gino made a good point about changing the ingredients for Steak and Kidney pie! If ya add Pancetta @ Spaghetti to it, then it is no longer Steak and kidney pie! xx

0:40 what Gino says here, huge respect, he is right, if only other famous "celebrity chefs" would take notice of this. Including Marco that gets the recipe totally wrong, including Ramsay. I think Jamie Oliver wasn't far off but he also has it wrong. Gino is the closest. He doesn't put pancetta and you should be he is the closest using pork.
