For people who want it easier, free and on ibis paint x-

1) take a picture but make sure it has highlights

2)Use the magic wand tool to select the part you want, then go to layers and the topmost layer (you know the pink one) and the selected part will look blue. ERASE or PAINT more on the selected part as per your choice.

3) Then create a new notmal layer and colour it the colour you want. DON'T worry about painting extra as the selected line doesn't allow you to draw outside it.

4)Then go to the layers option and choose soft light.

5) And there you go but don't forget to remove the selection line by going to lasso.
