i have the Benchly in 100% beaver (same color as yours) and you are right, it's buttery soft, softest hat i own and i've had it for a couple years. now, my problem is i think the felts are thin and the brim lost it's shape and it's ability to maintain a good scoop (when it's up) or when i wear the front down. i'm gonna send it to JJ Hat Center for some cleaning and stiffening. i love the hat, but, i probably won't be buying any more 100% beavers unless i can see/feel a much thicker felt. having said all that, it is the softest, smoothest hat i've ever owned. i know wear mostly Selentino Sterlings (if you buy them from JJ Hat Center they are named The Hudson) and while not Beaver, the fur felt is amazing and i've worn them for years without one problem felt/brim wise. that is a damn fine Pinnacle you got there. you should do another review in about a year or so after wearing it.
