Sadly it's not a racing bike untill you replace that groupset and wheels.
Weight is important due to the constant need for acceleration in race's. Those wheel's are aluminium. Carbon no.1 is just a placebo. The aerodynamics of those wheels likely does something, but they're also harder to control in bad conditions and don't use reliable bearing's. The only thing truly salvageable might be the frame. But if you want a really great training bike this surely might be the best.

Nice bike, i would say the Eurobike looks better to me, i myself went from the Kent Roadtech, which it's actually still holding up well, i was going to get a Vilano R2 commuter but, saw the Vilano Shadow 3 and went for that instead, much different than the Roadtech.Had to get converter's for the valve stems since it's similar to the Eurobike's, came with an allen wrench and a regular wrench

According to a friend of mine's brand new honda scooter, i went over 30 mph with the VIlano, i think 35 mph, it's pretty fast(did this with no stop signs or traffic on a flat road), i got the official weight of the Vilano too, it weighs 25 pounds

Hey great vid, quick question for you I'm definitely thinking about getting this bike right now off of Amazon, what is the shortest height Range for this bike? I see the shortest on Amazon is 5'5.

Rims are not carbon ! However its an advertisement logo is all....again rims are not carbon
