This is just making guys paranoid. I still say approach women but just not at the workplace and you will be okay. And look for choosing signals like her looking at you at least three times. But if you really notice a girl is really into you at work you gotta make sure she does all the approaching.

You might think nothing of telling a woman good morning but then that same woman might cry harassment and now you are catching a case.
