Alexa skills Python APL example

A simple example of how to create an Alexa skill for a display using an Alexa Hosted skill and APL (Presentation Language) code in Python.

Is there a way to change the text given in the hello.json file from "Hello, world" to something else on the fly while the skill is being run?
