One tiny nitpick. Chopsticks are mostly made of bamboos, which grows very fast and sprouts every year. So no need to worry that chopsticks is decreasing the density of rainforest.

Okay, I just want to say this as well, pickled fish sauce is quite commonly used in the west as well, in fact, you can find it in almost every Chinese restaurant. And yes, it's a essential part of the recipe for many popular dishes, so you've been eating it without even knowing.

I'm an Australian and I've lived in China for more than 5 years. Apart from many factual errors in this video, I wish you could at least pronounce the Chinese words and place names correctly! 1 the most famous social media here is We Chat(against no.66)

4 the traditional calendar here in China it's the lunar calender which is rely on the order of moon

This is what I was taught. The reason china was called china is because in Chinese the name of china is "中國" 中 meaning the "middle"
國 meaning country. We Chinese though we were the in the middle of earth and china was the only continent on earth.
