Hi kearaa im so so sure you probably wont see this comment but like i just want to say thank you so much. I have been struggling with really bad diagnosed depression and anxiety for years now. I dont know if its going to get better and im still so young and i really want to get better but its been like hard recently.. your videos are literally my second therapy! You are amazing and honestly have helped me so much through really hard times when i felt like i couldnt hold on anymore.
