So at what point does the whole diversity thing get filtered out in the learning loop? Oh ya I know, when you don't use censorship to say that failing cities and states are just not diverse enough, because of a group of people that come from the continent of Europe.
If this actually gets implemented the world will return to the state that we had 50 years ago, or 100 years ago, or 1, 000 years ago at least where it comes to people groups...
