Women in Architecture (the past, the present, our experiences)

Women in architecture is a very important topic that should be spoken about and shared by both men and women. It is important to empower female architects to push through, fighting the idea that construction should be male dominent industry. Don't be discouraged by how the industry looks today, fight to succeed and promote change.

As young architects, fairly new to the industry, we still have seen some (and by some we mean a lot of) room for improvement in this field.
