Crysis 2 MOD SDK. Fix 'requires full installation' Error

How To Fix Problem Like "The Crysis 2 MOD SDK requires a full installation of the game Crysis 2, updated to Patch 1.9"

I dont get it. What is that install dir back thing? Can you help me? Its hard, this tutorial isnt soo clear.

I dont even know how to set the value name to Install Dir. because you didnt explain that

all i did was go to bin32 and double click crysis2launcher and it said downloading patch 1.9 and now the mod sdk works
