Tomorrow is Independence Day, and national celebrations are planned to be held in Busia. President Museveni is scheduled to preside over the celebrations, as is the norm each year. However, the locals in Busia have their own expectations from the central government. They want the government to upgrade the state of their roads to enable development in the area.
