26 yrs. over 2 mil.miles behind the wheel, part of it in the oil patch, union freight hauler, and long haul van and flatbed. Never regretted it. 68 yrs.old now and there are times I wish I was back out there.

My honey is a trucker, is, was, and will always be. I am so proud of him. When I miss him, I can't tell him so I listen to this and Pam Tillis "The River and The Highway". Cause I hear others that are missed and don't feel alone. It's a hard life for those black top cowboys, but hard for those that love them. I feel more proud of him, cause I can hug our children, ask a friend to visit and feel comfort, all he has is miles to go until he gets to come home.

I'm a truck driver have been for 14 yrs came out on the open road 2 yrs ago I meet the love of my life and it's very hard on me knowing I have to leave her she knows how hard it is I love her everyday and this song makes us want each other. god bless all the other truckers and there families
