He is the kind of husband many of us dream of. Take good care of each other my dear. 😊

You are lucky. From the looks of this video your boyfriend is a really good cook and knows how to get around a kitchen really good.

Kabocha tastes great! It is the default pumpkin for Brazil too

These are the important things in life. Nothing expensive and ostentatious, just a couple enjoying something basic and simple but with a lot of heart together. No amount of money or power can get it; it can only come from the heart.

Kabocha is divine! I love it more than pumpkin and I live in the states…my mom grills the kabocha when she makes it and then brushes a miso derived sauce onto the kabocha and I’m telling u…chef’s kiss😘. A little salt and pepper to taste and you’re good to go! There is also a japanese restaurant in los angeles where I live called Teru Sushi, and they make kabocha squash as a beginning dish and it is more savory than what you would expect from pumpkin…and the kabocha is a bit more nutty too! I love kabocha when it comes in season my family is sure to pick it up and prepare it with a meal we make for family. Its like a delicacy here!

Here in Vancouver, Kabocha is available every where. In the States, it is often called Buttercup" squash (not to be confused with Butternut squash).

In dominican republic we call that ouyama. We love it with red beans! Absolutely delicious. Glad you shared it with us (:

I LOVE that Japanese squash, it’s always my favorite in tempura’s. I never use it at home because it’s a little scary to cut, so hard. We tried a couple of times but now I’m just intimidated when I see it in a grocery store.😂❤

Yum!! I grew some kabocha in my southern California garden this year. Butternut bisque is a winter staple for me, so I'm looking forward to it. Kabocha have such a good flavor!

When you said "I will come home and walk in", I genuinely heard "Al Capone and Joaquin"

Keep respecting him for his caring gesture(s).
Don't take him for granted and never reduce his dignity to making him your doormat.
You indeed are blessed to have him!
Be sincerely grateful and EVER-deserving of him and his love!
Best!

We have Japanese pumpkins in Australia. Very common, and delicious. We roast them until they are dark and caramelised for a side vegetable. They are also the very best for pumpkin soup. Sweet like butternut, but much better than butternut.
