People have to know that not all out body experiences are the same. Sometimes we will shrink to an atome like and inter the fingerprints and from that out to the Galaxy. Seems like our body can be a portal. We are amazing beings.

Robert Monroe's books talk a lot about overcoming the fear and how those experiences could be like a vibration test. It's something I have yet to master. Robert Bruce's books and techniques are some if the best I've found. Excellent interview

I was once able get into the vibration state, before popping out. My 2yr old, sleeping next to me, slammed his hand onto me commanded loud and clear "sleep mommy!" He never does that when Iam awake or even stand up physically lol. I have not been able do it again. Now motivated to keep try

I've been controlling/ experiencing my dreams since I was a kid. I have flown, traveled to other dimensions, and had prophetic visions. Now I use my sleep to heal my body, sweat out toxins, and heal my pineal gland. I will now work on meditating in my dream state. This is amazing advice and needs to be taught. I recently was laying down, keeping my kitty company. I must of fell asleep for a moment, and from what I have been told, and feel, is that my soul, slammed back into my body and I woke up! I have it happen with laying my head on a table, but never my whole body! Weird experience! 🥰😊And my husband has told me about his sleep paralysis, yet he said he woke himself up from it!

Meditation is different for everybody and I didn't even think I was meditating after sitting on my bed and reminiscing about a very rough time I was going through and that is when I experienced that incredible love that I had never felt before and I knew everything about my life and about the future and about the universe until it all faded away and I didn't remember anything after it stopped. Ugh. You can experience this anytime. I haven't started a podcast or written a book but I still had the same experiences

26:20 saw the same but no fear, there was three of them, the EXACT way he describes it. As I said, there was 3 of them, one came forward and said the most beautiful words and asked me to do ONE thing, I said 'of course' I will. He touched my crown area in my head and an energy went through me.

This happened during meditation though, i just went to an alternate 'space' where these 3 entities were. As Will John said, I looked at them and there was nothing there, you can only see through them, just the white robes with the white hoodie :)

Love this. I'm already taking steps to manifest what I want, but Will has inspired me to try harder to be lucid when I dream and to dedicate more time to self love and meditation. He's so well spoken, love him.

A lucid dream is maybe what is called cocreate with the source. Everything is done in the spiritual world before it manifests itself in our 3D. The guides will ask us sometimes if we want to gain the material world or work with them . Rich intervju.
