I remember that day.
I talked to the boss at Coolangatta...
Tree looping business from Lennox head.
He said that the boys were busy that day surfing. He also said they were a great crew so he gave them the day off

I called the boss this day and said " Sorry Boss, my surf is so sick today I am going to need the day off to nurse it back to health."

No inexperience in the water this day, this children is how it was for us circa 1978 to 1994. Then too many wannabes in the water. My first paddle out at express....7 guys out, then as i sat getting the low down all fixed was asked, hey mate, its about your wave yeah? Go find that again my friends.
