Senate Republicans Pass Their Sweeping Tax Bill Under The Cover Of Darkness

The Senate moved one step closer to the first overhaul of the U.S. tax code in 31 years. Not one Democrat voted for it, with many complaining Republicans were rushing it through before they had a chance to even read it.
Republicans claim the bill will help the middle class but the biggest winners appear to be big corporations who will see tax rates fall from 35% to 20% starting in 2019 and 80% of millionaires who will pay less in taxes in the coming years.
