If you take follicles from the back of the head how does that site regrow? Or are you talking about the hair follicles that were left in the back start growing due to reduced inflammation?

FUE can be great bc you can conceal the donor area better than the strip (FUT). But there’s one big drawback to it. You’ll probably need the anti hair loss meds for the rest of your life.
Only the hairs in the middle of the back of your head is resistant to hair loss. Everywhere else has the potential for balding. When they do the strip surgery, they only take from the middle of the back of your head, so those hairs are always protected and will never fall out after transplant.
Checking the anti-hair loss medication’s are only a problem if you happen to experience any of the side effects. Some of them can mess with your blood pressure, or your heart, or even give you depression. That doesn’t mean you’ll ever experience any of these side effects, it just means it could happen. So that’s the risk if you’re going to do FUE.
