That's around € 4.000 per m2, which is way beyond the local market price for that area. Also no parking included. Nice reno though.

The Golden Visa does not guarantee citizenship. Has anyone tested this so far? Also, what are the monthly fees one must pay (like electricity, internet, insurance, etc)? Are bank loans possible? Nice video.

This is must be a joke right? This apartment is tottaly overpriced. Also you wouldn't find anyone to rent it for that price. Athenians just struggle to make a living. Real estate in Greece is a big bubble.
