I just got mine last week.I also have a 2018 Kawasaki z900rs. Both are wonderful but make no mistake, the Triumph excels in almost every way. It's a wonderfully fun bike to ride! Agile, easy to maneuver, torquey, fantastic handling, etc. I will also say this bike has the best brakes Ive ever experienced. The rear brake is amazingly linear and smooth...not "wooden" like the Z900rs. I too was a little "shy" about the new clock before buying the bike but I've now fallen in love with it and don't miss the dual clock design nearly as much as I thought I would. Incredible bike, zero complaints from me. Im 57 years old, been riding since I was a kid in the 70s. I can tell you with this Triumph, it really doesn't get much better. :)

Test rode a Speed Twin 1200RS last weekend and was absolutely blown away by how well it handled. It was also quite quick…

I rode 200 miles today on the RS1200...smooth and exhilarating. The more I ride it the better it feels. Maybe my body is acclimating? It's not the best bike for high speed highway....I did get a bit of wind buffeting and felt uncomfortable on the highway at 85mph plus for a long time. But in the twisties, backroads, etc. it doesn't get much better! It's agile, fast, all day comfort, etc. And you will never look cooler! It's a beautiful bike!

My 2019 Speed Twin 1200 made 96whp/89lb-ft of torque on the dyno with an exhaust, filter, and tune! Fantastic bike with a ton of grunt! I could jump away from built Harleys and many sport bikes off the line! However, it ran out of breath after 120 mph 😅 even with a sprocket change it took forever to reach 140mph indicated

Just bought one. RS in Sapphire Black. Love it.

The Speedmaster 1200 with the highway kit is Triumph's touring bike with this engine. I could also argue a T120 with the proper setup and accessories could make a good touring bike 🤘

Oh man, recently I was thinking that I need to upgrade to something classy from my mt-07 and found the speed twin, couple hours later you drop this video! It's a sign ❤

God Triumph motorcycles all look so good. Who thought the English would be more stylish than the Italians?

Had A 2018 Street Triple 765RS, Then a 2020 Speed Twin 1200, then a 2024 Street Triple 765RS again... lol In my opinion, the bikes are pretty comparable. I had a couple of 2-3 hour rides on the Speed Twin and sadly found the stock seat pretty uncomfortable after 90 minutes.
I can ride the street triple forever. not sure if it's the seating position/angle or whatever.... but yeah, aftermarket seat needed for sure.

Should’ve done 40-80 in sport mode! Probably less time for sure! Also the RS version has option for “clip-ons” which is why the foot pegs are set up and back vs the standard as well as makes room for the quick shifter. 🤙🏽
Us 1st & 2nd owners love the dual display vs the new set up. Like you said it looks like a modern classic style and the single clock doesn’t do it!

OC: Definitely a great bike from Triumph. Though I still believe that the Speed 400 will out sell it all day long. Also Triumph skimping on the dash on a 16k bike is a massive 🚩

Doing away with the guage clusters was a bad idea imo. That was one of my favorite things about my Bonneville.

Love the look of this bike! The Scrambler 1200 XE fits me very good at 191 cm / 6.2 feet tall. But how would this bike fit a bigger fella? Any experiences?

The torque delivery on this bike is so good its addictive. Clocks dont really matter, but i have to say the Bluetooth is reliably unreliable.
