Thank you. You really are providing a service for an issue I think many women don't realize that men have. It's an emotional need, one that is about self worth. As a long term happily married man, yeah we're typically rough and tough on the outside (often happily so), but we're human like you. We're all emotional beings, whether we feel comfortable admitting it to our loved ones or not.

After spending two hours crying on the phone to my work’s Employee Assistance line, this has really helped me. I don’t often look to asmr for validation of my soul, but this has literally put some cogs back in place in my brain. I know I am loved, but sometimes that knowledge is enough. I’ve struggled for over 20 years with depression and self loathing and I feel this is giving me so much more.
