How to Create Video Mockup in Smartmockups

In this tutorial, you will learn How to Create a Video Mockup in Smartmockups. You can create different types of product mockups by uploading static images in Smartmockups. However, you can also upload videos in many of the mockup templates, especially those that are in the Technology category. The process of creating a video mockup is simple:

(1) you choose a mockup template and it will open the editor;
(2) you click on the upload button;
(3) choose your video;
(4) you can crop your video (if needed);
(5) once you’re happy with it, click the Crop & Continue button;
(6) finally, click the Download button;
(7) choose your download resolution;
(8) and download the mockup.

You can create a variety of video mockups using templates for desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, smartwatches, etc. Smartmockups is free to use, but they do have premium plans. Bear in mind that the video mockup option is only available in the premium plans.

Hi Anthony, long time no see. How's it going? I've been rather busy with other things offline lately but good to be getting back into YouTube again.


This is a cool little tool for making mockups. I can see where this would be super useful. I've just been going through my comments and boy there are so many that I hadn't replied to as I had it set to hold all comments...Dooh!


Anyhow I'm back and got a whole new thing going on with my channel. It's fun again.
