Well done for having a good shot at explaining the Grim Reaper Paradox
I am still struggling with how you get from a first cause to God . As well as understanding this idea of how a quantum vacuum begins to exist. Seems it could all boil down to a matter of faith .

That paradox works both ways. Let's say a person dies and goes to heaven. Each day they sing a praise to God for every day God exists starting from the day they died. Since actual infinities don't exist, there must be some day the person stops singing and God ceases to exist. These type of paradoxes have no bearing on actual infinites or if the past is infinite. They are just a logical puzzle with no answer...a sort of catch 22.
